South Bay Marina – Located along the shore of Tres Palacios Bay, this 4.2 acre property features a protected harbor, dredged to a depth of nine feet, situated at the terminus of the uncongested Palacios Boat Channel from the Intracoastal Canal across Matagorda Bay to Palacios. The Marina provides secure gated access for covered and open boat slips. Covered boat slips are available for boats up to 30 feet in length. Electric lifts can raise boats with a weight of up to 8,500 pounds. Open boat slips are available for power or sailboats up to 40 feet in length. Gasoline and diesel fuel are available for boats at the harbor dock. For additional convenience, a well-maintained city-owned boat launch is located adjacent to the Marina. South Bay Marina slip rentals are among the most economical on the Texas Gulf Coast and offer direct access to the Gulf, great fishing and plenty of open water for recreational boating.

Marina at Turning Basin No. 3 – Located within the Port's Turning Basin No. 3, this recreational marina offers gated access for open boat slips, as well as an adjacent well-maintained boat launch. Secure and clean restrooms for Marina tenants are located conveniently in an adjoining parking area. Dock space for vessels larger than 40 feet is available for lease in close proximity to the Marina.
